Hyundai Steel H-beam prices will rise by 30,000 to 40,000 won per ton

Hyundai Steel Corporation announced on July 9 that the company's H-beam prices will increase from July 18.
It is understood that the price of Hyundai Steel's light H-beam will increase by 30,000 won / ton, and the closing price will be adjusted to 840,000 won / ton. In addition, Hyundai Steel's heavy H-beam prices will increase by 40,000 won / ton, the price per ton will be adjusted to 1 million won; the price of extra-thick H-beam will increase to 1.06 million won per ton.
Hyundai Steel said that the price increase reflects the increase in costs in the first half of this year. The preferential policies in long-term contracts are not affected by this price adjustment.
