1. Pipeline installation includes all processes of low-pressure straight pipe installation, excluding the pipe connection process of low-pressure pipe fittings. Pipeline installation is listed separately according to material and welding form, and "10m" is used as the unit of measurement.
2. The installation of low-pressure carbon steel pipes, low-pressure stainless steel pipes, low-pressure alloy steel pipes, low-pressure non-ferrous metal pipes, low-pressure non-metallic pipes, and cast iron pipes for production does not include the installation of pipe fittings. The installation of pipe fittings shall be carried out according to the designed amount and the corresponding sub-item of pipe fitting connection.
3. Low-pressure lined steel pipes include the entire process of installation and removal of straight pipes, pipe fittings, and flanges, with "10m" as the unit of measurement.
4. The engineering quantities of various pipeline installation projects are calculated in "extended meters" based on the design pipeline center length, without deducting the length of valves and various pipe fittings; in the case of bent pipes, the calculation is based on the intersection of the center lines of the two pipes. The quantity of main materials should be calculated according to the corresponding sub-item usage.
5. Calculate the engineering quantities for the installation of the inner and outer pipes of the heating casing respectively, and execute the corresponding projects.
6. The threaded connection items of seamed steel pipes include the installation of heads and core fillers, and shall not be calculated separately.
