When stacking galvanized steel pipes, we must do a reasonable stacking and advanced first-hand

(1) stacking code. The principle is to ensure that the pallets are stable and safe, and that the materials of different varieties are coded according to the varieties and specifications. It should be separately coded to prevent confusion and mutual corrosion.

(2) It is forbidden to store items that are corrosive to steel pipes near the squatting position.

(3) The bottom of the shovel should be raised, sturdy and flat to prevent moisture or deformation

of the material. (4) The same material According to the warehousing, they are stacked separately to facilitate the implementation of the principle of advanced first-generation.

(5) The steel can be stacked in the open air. There must be wooden mats or strips underneath. The sloping surface is slightly inclined to facilitate drainage. Pay attention to the flatness of the materials. Cause bending deformation (6) stacking height, manual operation does not exceed 1.2m, mechanical operation does not exceed 1.5m, and 垛 width does not exceed 2.5m

(7) There should be a certain passage between 垛 and 垛, inspection road - generally O.5m, depending on the material size and transportation machinery, - generally 1.5~2. Om

(8) 垛 bottom pad high, if the warehouse is a sunny cement floor, the height of O.1m can be; If it is muddy, it must be 0.2~0.5m high. If it is open space, the concrete floor height is 0-3~O.5m, and the sand surface is 0.5~0.7m.

9) Open-pit angle and The channel steel should be placed down, that is, the mouth should face down, the I-beam should be placed vertically, and the I-groove surface of the steel pipe should not face upwards to avoid rusting of water.
