 Through trial and error, flame retardant and antimony trioxide were selected as flame retardant formulations and blended with polyethylene pellets. Chongqing PE flame retardant must be divided into gas phase in polyethylene. The flame retardant of Chongqing PE pipe appears. The melting point of polyethylene in 1233-135C is 335-450 °C, the processing temperature is 145-180 (oxygen index is 17.4 C, EAS). Y is incinerated. The halogen flame retardant we chose not only has a lower melting point than polyethylene, but also has a higher differentiation temperature than the polyethylene treated greenhouse and should follow a certain ratio. Chongqing PE pipe has good physical and chemical reaction performance during the mixing process. The Chongqing PE pipe was tested by the Shanghai Non-Metal Society and tested by the Shanghai Non-Metal Research Institute. The results show that the arithmetic mean of 6 is 3 s, the oxygen index of 10 samples is not dry, and the 10S and oxygen index are 270. The results show that the flame retardant performance of the flame retardant completely meets the requirements of the specification.
