  (1), hot rolled coil deep processing industry


  The hot-rolled coil deep processing is mainly applied to cold-rolled coil substrates, hot-rolled pickling plates and hot-rolled galvanized sheets, etc., and its application is mainly hot-rolled thin coils with thickness ≤3.0 mm.


  The cold rolled coil substrate is one of the primary uses of the hot rolled coil. According to the incomplete calculation of the Steel House website, as of the end of 2013, China's cold rolled coil capacity is about 115 million tons, during which the cold rolled coil capacity of cold-rolled substrates is 58 million tons, mainly for domestic large and medium-sized steel enterprises. The cold rolling mills are mainly single-stand or double-stand cold rolling mills, which are mainly concentrated in North China and East China. The demand for hot rolled coils is mainly 1280-1300mm.   After hot-rolled coils, the hot-rolled coils are mainly used for cold-rolled product coils, as well as deep-processed products such as coated sheets, color-coated sheets, and electrical steel.   The demand for hot-rolled pickling rolls will be concentrated in the car industry, compressor industry, machinery manufacturing industry, zero-match processing industry, wind turbine industry, motorcycle industry, steel furniture, hardware accessories, electric cabinet shelves and stamping parts of various shapes. . For example, the car industry needs hot-rolled pickling rolls for parts, such as car sub-frames, wheel spokes, front and rear axle assemblies, truck boxes, protective nets, car girders, etc.; China is the world's largest compressor production In the country, the compressor casing is now made of hot-rolled pickling rolls.   Hot-rolled galvanized sheet is mainly used in light steel structure houses and workshops in the steel structure industry. Its primary construction skeleton is galvanized cold-formed steel.   Structural steel is one of the most important uses of hot rolled coil. The primary use includes the construction of steel structures, machinery industry, cars, oil and gas and other industries.


  In addition to the direct use of hot-rolled structural steel to form the steel structure, the construction industry also uses cold-rolled steel as the base material to make cold-formed steel and welded steel pipes. Cold-formed steel instead of steel has changed the single defect of the steel method and scale. Cold-formed steel products include cold-formed square tubes, rectangular tubes (square cold-formed steel, circular cold-formed steel, grooved cold-formed steel, angular cold-formed steel, square-stitched square, rectangular cold-formed steel, etc.).

  (4) Steel plate for pressure vessel


  Pressure vessel steel plate requirements are higher, first of all, the container to be subjected to different pressure and strength, the general pressure is 31.4MPa or higher; the operating temperature is usually between -20 ° C ~ 450 ° C, there are also less than -20 °C. Depending on the working conditions and processing technology of the container, it is required that the steel sheet for the container has excellent cold bending and welding functions, excellent plasticity and resistance, high-temperature short-time strength or long-term strength.   (5) Steel for bridges


  The construction of China's railways, especially high-speed railways, has been carried out rapidly.   (6), weather resistant, corrosion resistant structural steel


  Hot-rolled steel strips resistant to atmospheric corrosion, sulfuric acid dew point corrosion and seawater corrosion, and transversely cut steel sheets and slitted longitudinal slit steel strips, primarily for the production of containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport construction, oil production channels And structural parts such as containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosion medium in chemical petroleum equipment.


  At present, most of the major shipbuilding enterprises have begun to shift the order points to offshore projects, including Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry and China Shipping Engineering Company, all of which hold many offshore orders. The increase in offshore engineering will constitute a new demand for weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant structural steel. The offshore project consumes a large amount of steel.   (7) Steel for oil and gas transportation pipelines


  Steel for oil and gas pipelines is also the primary application of hot rolled coils, especially the increase in demand for pipeline steel driven by the West-East Gas Pipeline. The first line of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project was officially started in July 2002, and the entire line was completed and put into operation on October 1, 2004. The main line starts from the Lunnan oil and gas field in Tarim Oilfield, Xinjiang, and passes eastward through Korla, Turpan, Shanshan, Hami, Liuyuan, Jiuquan, Zhangye, Wuwei, Lanzhou, Dingxi, Xi'an, Luoyang, Xinyang, Hefei, Nanjing, Changzhou, etc. The city, east and west across 9 provinces and autonomous regions, with a total length of 4,200 kilometers, arrived in Baihe Town, Shanghai. It is the first international natural gas pipeline project planned and built by China, and is a landmark project for the development of the western region.


  The second line of the West-East Gas Pipeline is the first strategic channel for China to introduce overseas natural gas resources. The gas source comes from Central Asia. The project has eight branches, a total length of 8704 kilometers, and an annual gas transmission capacity of 30 billion cubic meters. It starts from the Khorgos port in Xinjiang in the west, reaches Shanghai in the east, and reaches Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the south. The total investment is about 142.2 billion yuan.   The steel for oil and gas transportation pipelines has been developed from X52, X56 and X60 to X70 and X80. Now domestic Baosteel, Anshan Iron and Steel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Handan Iron and Steel, Shougang, Taigang, Maanshan Iron and Steel, Shagang and Benxi Steel are all produced in batches.
