The main production processes of high pressure pipe are: tube billet heating, tube billet perforation and steel pipe extension.

The rolling of high pressure pipes, the decrease of the diameter and diameter of the pipe, the cooling and finishing of the steel pipe can be said to be a seamless steel tube manufacturing method for the steel embryo heating perforation, hot dip pickling, acid washing, cold drawing carbon burning, sprinkler head, spout and packaging. A plurality of mandrel type seamless tube rolling machines are continuously arranged in different rolling directions. The seamless steel pipe is rolled on the manufacturing line and at least the wall thickness of the steel tube along the circumference is measured at least in many positions. At least two ends of each roll on the final mill frame of the mandrel type seamless tube mill are measured according to the measurement results. Reduce the uneven thickness of the wall. According to the external diameter and wall thickness of the high pressure pipes, the high pressure pipes bear a large pressure range under various wall thickness under the same diameter. Usually, the length of hot rolled steel pipe is 3-12.5m, and the length of cold drawn (rolling) pipe is 1.5-9m.

Similar to the installation of high pressure pipes, the installation requirements of low pressure pipelines are very different, but require higher and more stringent requirements. Therefore, in addition to meeting the requirements of medium and low pressure pipeline installation, the implementation should be followed.

High pressure fittings, joints, fasteners and valves for installation must be checked with corresponding technical documents. These documents should be kept in good condition, marked and placed in neatly. Before installation, clean the inside and outside surfaces and check whether there are foreign objects in the passageway, whether they are smooth or not. Check whether the roughness of the sealing surface and gasket of the nozzle meets the requirements. Defects such as scratches (especially radial scratches), spots and other defects shall be provided to affect the sealing performance of the sealing surfaces. The seals and washers are coated with oil or butter or white vaseline. The threaded parts of the high-pressure pipe ends that are inspected shall be protected with the addition of molybdenum disulfide grease or graphite oil mixture in addition to piping degreasing.

When piping is installed, regular pipe rack should be fixed and high pressure pipes and fittings should be installed on the pipe rack, and protective sleeves should be installed according to the design requirements. When installing high-pressure flange, it should be exposed at the end of thread chamfering. When installing gaskets, do not use wire suspension. Grease should be applied to the nozzles and pads in advance. Soft metal high pressure gaskets should be placed in the sealing seat accurately. Flange bolts should be symmetrical and uniformly tightened, not excessive, bolt tightening, two flanges should be kept parallel concentric, threaded nut should be 2 to 3 buckle, at least less than 2 buckle, and the bolt length is basically the same. During the installation process, it is not necessary to use strong pull, strong push, strong twist or modify the thickness of the gasket to make up for manufacturing or installation errors. If the pipe installation work can not be completed continuously, the open nozzle should be closed in time. The pipes on the instrument sampling part of the components should be installed with the pipes simultaneously.
