The quality control of high frequency longitudinal welded pipe is also a key factor to ensure the safety of operators. The main application fields include large span power grid engineering, steel structure engineering construction, electric power and ultrahigh pressure transmission and transmission engineering, mechanical engineering, bridge, bridge, railway station, airport, stadium steel structure, municipal pipe network, foundation pile driving, water gas pipeline and highway construction.

, according to the welding technology specification, it is not accurate to check the wire and flux standards, so as to avoid the misuse of welding wire and flux caused by welding quality accidents.

, welding environment supervision should take appropriate welding measures when the welding environment is not good (temperature is below 0 C, relative humidity is greater than 90%).

, before checking groove calibration, the pre welding including gap, blunt edge, viewpoint and wrong port is not up to the technical requirements.

, the technical parameters of arc welding in active and welding process are not accurate, such as welding current, welding voltage and welding speed.

, to urge welders to make full use of the length of the steel pipe on the side of the arc tube and to strengthen the use of the arc pressure of the welding worktable to improve the welding quality of the pipe end.

, the welding personnel in the welding supervision do not first clean up the slag, not fully treated weld, there is no oil, rust, slag, water, paint and other dirt in the groove.
