Stainless steel seamless pipe production process

With the continuous development of process technology, the quality of stainless steel pipe is constantly improving, making it more and more recognized in the process of use. Therefore, the development and application of new steel pipe is very necessary. 
　　Ferritic stainless steel has been fired very hot in recent years. Because it usually does not contain nickel alloying elements, the price of the product is significantly lower than that of austenitic stainless steel. Therefore, in some applications, ferritic stainless steel is gradually favored. However, in the production process of stainless steel seamless pipe, the ferrite stainless steel has relatively poor plasticity, toughness and formability, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the process of drawing or rolling from the tube blank to the seamless pipe. Therefore, the stainless steel is seamless. The application of ferritic stainless steel has not been recognized in the production of pipes.
