PosPVD uses electromagnetic heating physical vapor deposition technology to apply zinc, zinc-magnesium, aluminum-magnesium coatings on the surface of steel sheets by continuous vacuum deposition. The products can be used in automotive, home appliance and construction industries. The most important feature of this product is the electromagnetic heating coating. Under vacuum conditions, the induction coil heats the coating material, and the vapor formed by evaporation moves to the surface of the steel sheet and is sprayed by a nozzle heated at a high temperature. This coating process not only achieves continuous coating, but also has high heating efficiency, minimizes heat loss, continuously supplies the coating metal in the form of metal vapor, and prepares a uniform alloy coating by electromagnetic stirring. After five years of process adjustment and equipment optimization, HIsmelt smelting reduction production process achieved continuous industrial production for the first time in 2016. It is the only industrialized smelting reduction process for direct smelting of powdery materials without agglomeration process. .
