Acceptance 
1.1 The quality inspection and acceptance of straight seam steel pipes shall be carried out by the technical quality supervision department of the supplier. 
1.2 The supplier must ensure that the straight seam steel pipe is delivered in accordance with the relevant product standards. The acquirer has the right to inspect and accept the products according to the corresponding product standards. 
1.3 Straight seam steel pipes shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and the batch approval rules shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. 
1.4 The inspection items, sampling quantity, sampling location and test method of straight seam steel pipe shall be in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. 
With the consent of the purchaser, the hot-rolled seamless straight seam steel pipe can be sampled in batches of the rolling root array. 
1.5 Straight seam steel pipe test results, if one item does not meet the requirements of the product standard, the unqualified person should be selected, and from the same batch of straight seam steel pipe, take double the number of samples to complete the unqualified project. Test. 
If the re-inspection result (including any of the indicators required for the test of the project) is unqualified, the batch of straight seam steel pipes shall not be delivered. 
The following inspection items are not allowed to be retested when the initial test fails:

1.7 If the product standard is not specified, the chemical composition of the straight seam steel pipe shall be checked and accepted according to the melting composition.
