We have a large inventory of ASTM A252 Steel Pipe Casing, Grade 2, Grade 3, and "limited service pipe". Normal inventory includes pipe diameter sizes: 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 30", and 36". Also available in larger diameters to 110" with wall thicknesses ranging in thickness from .25" - 1" depending upon the pipe OD.
Our limited service pipe is "New and Unused steel pipe" as we have major pipe distributor status with many of the mills. We mill crop or mechanically torch cut and bevel ends to 30º bevel by bevel and bevel x square, weld adjoining pipestogether, and produce large quantities of 20 foot dead length sections for stock. From these sections we custom fabricate pipe casings to your specifications. We produce and sell large quantities of custom steel casings for every use.
If you need to open the cutting casing, we can make and deliver the exact lenses you need to go through each time. This reduces the Contractor's time and waste loss. The open cutting bushing can provide ASTM A252, level 2 or 3 and limited service. The standard end treatment is 30 inclined plane.
We provide alternative coating services for underground pipes, including bituminous coatings and coal tar epoxy coatings.
