1. Production process of 8163 fluid pipe


u The  general boiler tube use temperature is below 450 °C, and the domestic tube is mainly made of 10 or 20 carbon steel hot-rolled tubes or cold drawn tubes. 


u  High-pressure boiler tubes are often subjected to high temperature and high pressure conditions, and the tubes will oxidize and corrode under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor. Steel pipes are required to have high durability, high corrosion resistance and good structural stability.
