High frequency generator

There are many ways to adjust the output power of high frequency oscillator, such as autotransformer, reactance method, thyristor method and so on.
This is to transmit high-frequency current to the pipeline, including electrode contacts, inductors and resistors. The contact metal welds usually use wear-resistant copper tungsten electrode contacts, and induction welding is used on copper induction rings. The main component of the resistor is the magnetic core, whose function is to increase the inductance on the surface of the tube, so as to reduce the invalid current and improve the welding speed. The impedance of ferrite core requires that the Curie temperature is not less than 310 C, and Curie temperature is an important indicator of the core. The higher the Curie temperature, the closer you can, the closer to the weld, the closer to, the higher the efficiency of the welding.
