Great wisdom ASDOCKS news agency on June 19, Malaysia's Ministry of International Trade and Industry announced on Wednesday, anti-dumping investigations on hot-rolled coils, plaid coils and pickled oil-coated coils from China, Indonesia and South Korea.
The Malaysian government received an anti-dumping request from a domestic company on May 20. Malaysian domestic companies said in the request that the dumping of products by the above three countries at prices far below those of similar products has already had a serious impact on the Malaysian coil market.
The Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia stated that a preliminary judgment will be made within 120 days. If the situation is confirmed, the preliminary anti-dumping duties will be imposed on the hot rolled coil, plaid coil and pickled oil-coated coil products of the above three countries.
